For more than 20 years, Ashley has written about people, places, trends and events in Omaha, first as a reporter for the Omaha World-Herald, then in public relations and development for various local organizations. These days, she provides writing and editing support for various businesses and nonprofits through articles, speeches, newsletters, press releases, Web copy, brochures and grant proposals. Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Music from Iowa State University.
