Susan Kauffman has 20 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations. She has conducted annual, capital and endowment campaigns for a variety of nonprofit institutions.
Her campaign involvement has included Seton Catholic School, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, The Genesee Hospital, the Norman Howard School, St. Ann's Senior Living Community, the Salvation Army, Veterans' Outreach Center, Temple B'rith Kodesh and others. She also serves as a consultant for St. Luke's Health Initiatives in their Technical Assistance Partnership program.
Prior to her affiliation with Paul J. Strawhecker, Inc. Susan held chief development officer positions with the Harley School and the Hochstein Music School. Her experience has focused on capital campaign planning, implementation and management, feasibility studies, focus group interviewing and board organization.
Susan also has a background in strategic planning, needs analysis, volunteer training and organizational management.
Susan resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her family and has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Montana.
