Scott has worked with nonprofit organizations for more than 25 years. His 10 years of development experience include work in health care and religious philanthropy. He served as Director of Development for the Madonna Foundation, affiliated with Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital (Lincoln, Nebraska). He has also guided organizations in capital fund appeals and strategic planning. Prior to his work in development, Scott was a parish pastor in Minnesota and Nebraska. He has extensive experience as a video producer, having owned his own video production company. Scott has an education degree from Concordia College-St. Paul, MN; a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Theological Seminary-St. Paul, MN and has completed Master’s degree coursework in Information Media at St. Cloud State University-St. Cloud, MN. Scott is a member of a number of professional and community organizations.
